Happy Thanksgiving

It is once again that time of year when Thanks need to be given.
I, myself, truly have a lot to be thankful for this past year.
I won't go into detail, but I truly do have alot.
First and for most, I am thankful for the very life I have.
I try to live each day of my life to the fullest.
I just want to send out my Thanks, to family and friends alike, who have helped my husband and I out a lot spiritually with prayer, thoughts and encouraging words.
Life has been especialy hard this past year, and we were able to feel all the prayers toward us.
But most of all, I want to send out my Thanks to our Lord.
I thank him everyday of my life for what I have in my life for it is truly by His grace only.
Especially my husband, he is a wonderful man.
I have complete faith in our Lord, although I will say that sometimes it’s easier to say that then to have faith.
And so, I want to leave with you 2 things today:

Take a moment before your great feast begins and write out what you are Truly Thankful for and why, and then, if you feel like sharing it, share it with the family.

The second is a small poem I discovered in a small black book called,
‘Twenty-four hours.’

Look to this Day,
For it is life,
The very life of Life.
In its brief course lie all
The realities and verities of existence,
The bliss of growth,
The splendor of action,
The glory of power-
For Yesterday is but a dream,
And Tomorrow is only a vision,
But Today, well lived,
Makes every Yesterday a dream of happiness
And every Tomorrow a vision of hope.
Look well, therefore, to this Day.
Proverb by Kalidasa, Indian Poet

I do hope and pray that everyone I know, and everyone I don't know, may have a Blessed and safe Holiday this year.
